Buckle up baddies, we’re taking accountability for our actions to deepen our relationships and self awareness. If you’ve ever asked yourself, “am I the problem??” this one’s for you. No one is perfect, and we’d be lying if we said we never questioned our own contribution in causing the “drama” that happens naturally within our relationship dynamics and community.
In this week’s episode, we discuss:
How to tell if you might need to practice more accountability and self-awareness
Why weaponizing “therapy speak” can be a pitfall for our personal growth
How to start doing “the work” or deepen our commitment to our healing journey by choosing culturally relevant healing tools, teachers, and guides
