The Soft Life with Saddie Baddies is a wellness podcast dedicated to creating safe, open, and soft spaces surrounding mental health for Black and multiracial people. In the first episode, you’ll get to know your host, Priscilla O. Agyeman, MPH: a first-generation creative entrepreneur and mental health activist. Through her introspection and insight, you’ll learn about the origin story of the vibrant community that is Saddie Baddies, which is home to thousands of individuals having meaningful and impactful conversations surrounding mental health online and offline communities.

meet Oumou (@connectwithoumou): the badass, queer, Muslim, Senegalese therapist radicalizing mental health first aid worldwide. Oumou (she/they) is a multi-hyphenate polycreative - therapist, coach, disruptor, zinester, writer, speaker, consultant and facilitator of spaces for radical learning. Oumou is a two-time graduate of Syracuse University and former adjunct professor of the same school. they are the creator of RMHFA, a workshop that is slowly but surely changing the care and mental health landscape.

Today we have none other than Dominique Webb, aka “@FairyBrandMuva_” and CEO of Cult Creative Agency: a remote brand design agency and marketing consultancy for WOC-owned brands. Dominique has has worked with many well-known brands such as Fenty Corporation by Rihanna, Issa Rae, SKIMS, Netflix and HBO Max. In addition to her work at Cult Creative Agency, Dominique is also one of 13,000 Black women farmers and uses her spare time to revitalize and expand her farm in Tennessee, Cult Farms.
